Mingle amidst "eclectic elegance" in an event room lit by antique chandeliers and candlelight, and furnished with vintage pieces such as old farm tables, an antique Chickering piano, and a working Predicta televison set, circa 1958. Owner, Bill Raymer will define, design and customize the area to your specifications.

Seminar/Workshop and Presentation Location
Restoration Resources is the perfect location for industry trade organizations and/or specialists seeking to 1) offer a seminar or workshop, 2) have a "how to" event, and/or 3) promote services in an architecturally stimulating and "design-rich" environment. At the same time, Bill Raymer and his staff are always available to assist as well as conduct design workshops of your choice, which often include how to select and use salvaged materials to decorate a space, and how to repurpose salvage in new and creative ways.
The store has been the host site in the past to the traveling design workshop, Design En Route, led by Renovation Coach, Martha Huntley, who brought her guests to Restoration Resources to explore the stores "treasures" and tap into the expertise of Bill Raymer, during her series, "Salvaged Treasures in Home Design". Restoration Resources offers extremely reasonable space rental rates for workshops and seminars, and often works with clients to offset costs through creative partnership opportunities.
EVENT SPACE RENTAL RATES
Rental Rates are by quote, and contingent on factors such as 1) location of event and amount of space desired 2) date and time of event, 3) number of people 4) type of affair 5) dining or alcohol requirements 6) additional amenities and 7) labor involved. The contract is drafted per event and all policies are outlined in the contract.
Set Location for Photo or Film Shoot: Also, the entire retail space, as well as other visually interesting spaces in the antique building, can be rented for photo and film shoots in need of a dramatic setting showcasing stunning historical antiques and building elements, an edgy exposed brick basement, or more open loft area.
